Comfortable and clean room. Helpful and friendly staff (excellent communication via booking chat). 24-hour check-in available. Good location in the Shinjuku area (a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby) at a reasonable price for a double room. Kitchen available on site, clean and spacious bathrooms. Recommended!

Value for money. For the price and location you get your own private room. Not the closest place from the nearest train station but 8-9min walk is acceptable for me. There's kitchen that you can use. shower room are clean and complete with shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Self check in is convenient. Have luggage storing place. They shared detailed info on check in and how to get there. Extension next to the bed which is convenient. Room size was decent for those travel without huge luggage.

The staff were friendly, and helped me get an extra pillow as only one was provided for my bedroom.

Cheap & comfortable rooms, all facilities & rooms are generally pretty clean for a place that's shared by many people. The staff was easy to communicate with & was very helpful!
